For parties requesting a certified copy of a signed record. Requests must come from an official email address belonging to the requesting organisation — a law firm domain, a court, a police service, a hospital. Free email services are not accepted for third-party requests.
What to include in your email: requester name, role, organisation, official email, phone number, the certificate reference (format DS-TX-XXXXXXXX), the legal basis for your request, and any supporting documents (signed authorisation, court order, photo ID, proof of role). A complete request receives the certified record on first reply.
If you signed a document under threat, pressure, or coercion — this is the address.
We will respond within 24 hours with a structured questionnaire. We will:
We cannot erase a signature that already occurred, and we cannot void a legal agreement — only a court can. But we can make sure the record shows that the matter is disputed.
If you are in immediate physical danger, call your local emergency number first. District Seal is not a crisis service.
For subpoenas, court orders, law enforcement requests, regulatory inquiries, and formal legal notices. This address is monitored with legal response priority.
For data access requests, deletion requests (GDPR / CCPA), questions about what we store, and Data Processing Agreements. We respond within 30 days as required by law.
