No. Signatures are counted per calendar month on Free, Pro, and Firm plans. Pay-as-you-go credits are different — they never expire and remain on your account until used.
You will not be billed automatically. You simply cannot send additional signature requests until the next calendar month, or until you upgrade your plan. We do not charge overage fees.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and unused time on your previous plan is prorated by Dodo Payments. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

All major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Dodo Payments. We do not handle card details directly. Your statement will show "Dodo Payments" or similar.
We do not refund partial months of a subscription once billed. We do refund genuinely mistaken charges, duplicate charges, and unused pay-as-you-go credits within 14 days of purchase. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.
